- Orders under £30: £4.99 shipping fee

DELIVERY TIME:
- UK: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days

PROCESSING TIME:
- Orders processed within 1-2 business days
- You'll receive tracking information via email

TRACKING:
- All orders include tracking
- Track your order using the link in your confirmation email

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Available to select countries
- Customs fees and import duties are the customer's responsibility

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS:
- Contact us immediately if your parcel is lost or damaged
- We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue
